A development review is the ideal service for you if you want to get an idea of how many unit will fir on your site. We'll make an analysis of the planning restrictions and opportunities including zoning and overlays, and make an assessment of the potential yield of the site based on your intentions.
The outcome is that you'll get a better understanding of the size and amount of units that may fit on the site depending on your preferences.

Unit development on single site or two combined sites.

Cost (based on lot size):
Under 700m2: $800 (+GST)
Between 700-1000m2: $1200 (+GST) Between 1000-1500m2: $1800 (+GST) Between 1500-2000m2: $2300 (+GST) Between 2000-2500m2: $3000 (+GST) Over 2500m2: Contact us for a quote
Note that the above costs are for residential dwellings or townhouses only. Contact us if you want us to prepare a development review for apartments.

Typically 5 business days once all information is provided (land survey, arborist report, etc. may be required for us to get started).

Note that we can't guarantee a successful outcome with the relevant Council as there are still subjective items to be reviewed. We will however review and propose solutions that comply with the non-subjective objectives of the local planning scheme, or highlight where they don't comply.
