The client wanted to increase their property value without over capitalising. We strategically renovated the interior to maximise the stunning city views, make the most out of the existing space and enhance functionality and visual appeal.

We delivered cost effective solutions that maximised impact. The outside car space was converted to a garage to create the opportunity for it to be used as a large outdoor entertainment area. Internally, we introduced a straight stair that opens to the upstairs living space and sweeping city views. Kitchen and bathroom also received a practical facelift.
