Uplifting a dated façade to create an iconic Bayside home

The client wanted to refresh their dark and dysfunctional property into a home that suits the area, takes advantage of the surroundings, and proudly stands amongst the other Bayside homes.

We opened the rear of the house to capture the views of the surrounding nature and sweeping bay in the distance. We repositioned the outdoor area, living areas and master bedroom to enjoy the views and also shine ample light into the space. We modernised the front façade by accentuating the shape of the roof, and creating a passageway that guides visitors to the entry door.

The building rightfully claims its place in the modern setting of Bayside beach properties.
