This spacious 4-bedroom home with a large living area and high ceilings provides room to grow and balances private spaces for visiting family with areas for communal interactions. Practical elements include a designated storage space for construction equipment in the garage, a work area with a desk in the living room, and convenient facilities for freshening up before entering the home.

​The design of the front facade responds to the uneven front boundary of the cul-de-sac to create a dynamic and visually appealing exterior. Three strong architectural elements sweep across the façade for a fluid, curved design. A concave brick wall captures eastern and northern sunlight, casting a play of small shadows thanks to the curved brick pattern. The roof over the car parking area seamlessly extends this sweeping motion. The timber-clad first-floor wall introduces a touch of softness to balance the overall design.
