We used creative problem-solving to maximise space and fit three residential units on a 732m² site. We created a thoughtful and harmonious development that both maximises the site’s potential and provides comfortable living for each unit. The natural slope of the land was leveraged to create multi-level designs independent of each other.

The key was to retain a fine balance of interior amenity, with ample outdoor private space for each unit. We placed the units along a central axis, provided solar access to the north and created a common driveway to the south. This gave each unit a sense of individuality with private entries and car spaces while enabling sunlight access to the lower levels. The upper levels are strategically designed to maintain privacy by minimise overlooking and overshadowing to surrounding properties.
